After much experience and research, we prefer to use our cleaning material. However, we are willing to accommodate requests. Keep in mind that using different cleaning solutions may slow down our team members.

Please don’t clean, that’s what we’re here for! It would help us if toys, books, clothing and other miscellaneous items are picked up before arrival.

We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment we ask you to do so within 24 hours of your scheduled service time.
