What if I want you to use my cleaning material?
After much experience and research, we prefer to use our cleaning material. However, we are willing to accommodate requests. Keep in mind that using different cleaning solutions may slow down our team members.
What about my pets?
Please let us know what pets we might expect to run into and if there are any special instructions. For our safety, please keep in mind that we love pets but not all pets may love us.
What do I need to do to get ready for a cleaning?
Please don’t clean, that’s what were here for! It would help us if toys, books, clothing and other miscellaneous items are picked up before arrival.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning?
We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment we ask you to do so within 24 hours of your scheduled service time.
Will I aways have the same cleaner?
We do our best to create consistency, comfortability and lasting relationships. We accomplish this by trying to send you the same cleaner each time.
